How to flash verizon lgvx 9200 to metro pcs

I have a verizon lgvx 9200 that im trying to use with metro pcs and i need a tutorial of how to thank you i really need help.....

This tutorial is in the cricket forum, but will work just replace the cricket setting with your carrier's.
Also remember to add the ESN to your account or it won't work.
