Samsung MetroPCS r560 help

hey im not a mobile tech savy at all, but my moms samsung r650 recently just crashed. it's in a rebooting loop meaning that it turns on but then continues to reboot over and over again it doesnt even reach the home menu. i can get it into download mode, i have the cable to connect it to the computer. any help? im reading the threads but i dont know the proper steps. help me out i'd appreciate it a lot.

open up the keyboard and hold the two last bottons on each of the sides until home screen appears . Then reflash with a good bin for the provider and model of phone (bin file). This is the way I fixed mine after changing a setting in user prefernces ( theme was changed to three). Now my phone is working again.

chochu3 what last two bottom keys? and when do u do this? before it starts up or while it's starting up?
