Donald Trump is expected to outline his new policy on Cuba next week, announcing steps that could reverse some of the changes made by former President Barack Obama to open commerce and travel after a half-century standoff with the communist island. The Trump administration has been discussing policy changes that include prohibiting business with the Cuban military while maintaining the full diplomatic relations restored by Mr Obama. The White House has also been debating new restrictions on American leisure travel to Cuba, which has more than tripled since Mr Obama's 2014 announcement.
