How To PSGroove on AT90USB162

Things you need
Computer
PS3 With firmware 3.01, 3.10, 3.15 or 3.41 (Note: if u have higher u cannot downgrade it)
AT90USB162 (u can google and purchase or buy from this ebayer [Only registered and activated users can see links. ])
PSGroove Hex file provided here [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Flip Programmer Provided here [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
USB Storage device formated FAT32
Gaia Manager (Google this for a compiled version)
or
Open Manager 1.17.1 or higher (Google for a compiled version)

1. Purchase AT90USB162 From ebay sale 17.98 total with shipping
2. Wait for Board to come in the mail
3. Install Flip programmer on your computer
4. Plug provided USB cable into board and into computer
5. Press and hold both the HWB and RST buttons on the board
6. Release the RST button
7. After you hear the device connect you can release HWB button
8. The board is now in DFU mode ready for New Hex programming
9. Install USB drivers located at %Program files%\Amtel\USB
10. Open Flip Programmer
11. Select File then open Hex
12. Open the Hex Provided for your Specific Firmware
13. At top press the IC lookin like button and select AT90USB162
14. Then Press the button next to it, it looks like a Cable select USB then dialog should pop up and hit open
15. A Dialog should come up and you just need to click Open
16. Find the button that looks like an eraser erasing an IC and click it to erase flash programing on the board
17. Find the button that looks like a pencil writing on an IC and click it to program the Hex file you loaded to the board
18. Unplug the board from ur computer
19. Turn ur PS3 all the way off if slim pull power cable if fat hit switch on the back
20. Plug USB cable with the usb board plugged in
21. If fat turn the switch back on if slim plug in power cord
22. Press power button then IMMEDIATLY press the eject button
23. You will notice the red and green LEDS will flash for a a few seconds and your PS3 will take about 5 secs longer to boot
24. Now if u scroll to game on your XMB you will see 2 new items ( Install Package Files + PS3_APP/GAME)
25. Plug in USB Storage Device to computer and place the gaia manager and/or open manager pkg files in the root folder
26. Plug USB storage into the PS3 and go to install package files
27. Install the manager(s) and
28. Enjoy the life of playing backed up games via the Internal HDD or Via USB Storage Device
