:^/ In theory, one copy a disk bit by bit, and make an indistinguishably identical copy. In practice, it's likely that the industry has anticipated this from prior previous experience with DVD, and have taken measures to thwart such efforts. For example, commercial Blu-Ray burning software and hardware likely don't support costom boot blocks, while your Blu-Ray player would. This would allow all of the legitimate home made Blu-Ray data/movie disks you want, but no pirate copies without custom software and likely custom hardware.
