vx9600 usb modem?

i have flashed my versa vx9600 to cricket.. anyone know if it is possible to use it as a usb modem? i have both pc and mac so was thinking about using it for my macbook

connect it make sure set to data set up new modem connection dial #777 user name [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] pass cricket (all lowercase) connect make sure to set up proxy in the browser wap.mycricket.com port 8080
