Samsung Reclaim MEID

I am simply trying to give this phone to my Mother, but it was locked out due to lack of paying my bill. I have successfully changed MEID on an LG, but this one has me stumped.

I used QXDM, but it always gives me an error. If you guys can help, that would be one more write up for the forums so other people can benefit.
