There are no proven methods yet (that I know of) Now that we can unlock the phone, we can start looking for a method to make it happen.

My first suggestion would be to Google 'LG Touch tether'.. it might help to add in -env3 and -env. Next suggestion would be to dig through these two threads at howards and take note of all the useful info for tethering:

Third suggestion, and possibly the most useful, would be to adapt this info:

Just a couple of gems I've been hanging on to until I get around to looking into it. Good luck!

P.S. Somebody (hint-hint!) should start a thread here specifically related to tethering the Rumor Touch!

I notice Whitey hid the main content of the solution. That confused the CRAP out of me when I first joined.
