So I switched my Verizon LG ENV Touch to a local carrier (ntelos). Text and phone works, but anything requiring data won't work. (Browser, picture messaging, etc).
ntelos says it's impossible to make the data work since they can't overwrite Verizon's programming. Is that true or are they just stupid?
I am familiar with bitpim and can connect to the phone, but of course I don't know what I'm doing there since I'm new to this.
I own the phone and pay for an unlimited data package, so I'm not trying to do anything I shouldn't.
Sorry, I tend to go on & on & on & on... can anyone help?
Lisa

LGNPST and just find out your current carrier's data settings and modify those through LGNPST or bitpim
yup what ljohnson said, you will need to find the settings from your provider and download LGNPST 1.1 or 1.2 and the 8575 dll and you can edit the settings
