What will this download actually do will it fully flash my phone to cricket will it root it what will it do in detail I'm not going to download something without the full info

It unroots your phone. By the way I am not trying to change topic but I have gotten everything including tethering except for mms. I forgot to backup the apn's b4 I erased them. If someone could please post the original apnlist.xml file I would greatly appreciate it.

Here's the link to the updated wireless tether program the current one shows errors and doesn't work but this one is all good!
