Since MEID migration process,, Voice/data authentication module has changed drastically with in reliance system. It is more secure system now hence made difficult for phone re-programmers or cloners to active the phone just like that!,, only way out of this is to get registered your imported handset MEID with reliance officially and do *228 to activate update all required securities configuration settings in phone for using it seamlessly.
