I'd say because computer XBOX360 or the PS3. I think each has it advantages and disadvantages. E.g., if you want to play online you have to pay for the xbox360. Onlinegaming on the ps3 is free. The PS3 has BR but the xbox360 is easier to mod, etc.

Like oz_shadow said it is depending on what you want to do.
