When you open up the app, you’ll be able to see a map of your surroundings, complete with pins that represent other users in your area. You can toggle which connections you want to see, and options include All, Social, and Professional. The map also shows locations that are known to be great flying spots. Another section of the app is called “Experience,” and it’s aimed at helping you find brick-and-mortar stores, drone events to go to, and a link to DJI’s forum. In the forum, you can get get tips from seasoned drone fliers and interact with members of the drone community. Of course, you’ll also find a link to the DJI online store, where you can buy new DJI drones, if you’ve got money to burn. You can get the app if you live in the U.S., U.K., Germany, Spain, or Australia. It’s certainly an app to consider, especially if you already own a DJI drone. One thing to look out for though — you’re going to see pictures of expensive equipment that might just make you want to spend all of your hard earned cash.
