CDMA Workshop actin' funny

I recently had to reload everything on my hard drive. When I did, CDMA WS says "loading" then all of a sudden a login screen comes up. Is it something with my pc?

I am running xp pro with service pack 3. I've never had this problem before. I hope I didn't do anything to make them mad. lol

the LOGIN should be inside the e-mail they sent you when you purchased it

hopefully your hardware id did not change....... but those guys at cdma ware are pretty good about getting back with you after you email them maybe take 24 hours worst comes to worst.

Anytime you reload OS to your pc your hardware ID changes. You will need to send off for another Password. Use the program they sent you called Get Hatrdware ID and they will send you another password.

I did that and they responded that since it is the same machine I didn't need to do that. It worked yesterday even after I reinstalled it. Now today it won't work at all. Hmmm. I am hoping I don't have to shell out another 108 bucks.

I know its a long shot, but did you try re entering your user name and password when it pops up?
