Kesha thanked her fans and wrote about the larger societal implications of her contract dispute with former producer Dr. Luke (aka Lukasz Gottwald) in a note on Facebook this afternoon. The post is arriving in the wake of-the rejection of a pivotal motion in Kesha's case, one that would've allowed her to record new music without the involvement of Dr. Luke or his label's parent company Sony Music Entertainment.
