Microsoft today announced the availability of Windows 10 Mobile technical preview build 14267. This marks the first release of Windows 10 Mobile from the main development branch this year, putting Windows 10 Mobile on par with Windows 10 for PCs and tablets. This release is initially being made available only to the Lumia 950, 950 XL, 550, and Xiaomi Mi4 -- all devices that shipped with Windows 10 Mobile preinstalled. This build makes it easier to search for music using Cortana, allows the WordFlow keyboard to function in the Edge browser address bar, makes InPrivate Tabs simpler to open from mobile phones, and improves download prompts within the browser. Microsoft says there are some known bugs in this build, including one that impacts voicemail. Build 14267 is being distributed to Windows Insiders in the Fast Ring, and will be pushed to other users over time.
