cannot read phone or write to phone

ok i am trying to flash a sprint 8330 bb over to boost, when i run QPTS Conf. i can not read the phone or write to it these 2 buttons are not litt up for me to access anp proceed forward. also i dont know what program i need to run to contain the proper prl to boost. can anyone offer some advise ????

Well I will first suggest reading the forum rules, post in the correct area. The Introducing the cricket mafia is no place to be asking questions let alone for Boost.
Now after I move this to the correct area I will suggest that you read up on flashing the BlackBerries. QPST is not the best program to be using, try CDMA WS. But you also need to have BB desktop manager running also.

Blackberry Desktop manager allows whatever program you are running access to the device. Kind of like a window. If you just need to write the prl, you can use the free 2.7 version of CDMA WS, or you can go all out and buy the full version.
