In a departure from earlier models, Samsung made its Tizen-powered-Gear S2 smartwatch work with Android phones from other manufacturers — and the company isn't stopping there. VP Alanna Cotton just announced on stage at CES that the Gear S2 will support the iPhone later this year as well.
