HTC and Samsung have each officially new phones exclusive to China today, after weeks of rumors and leaks. The 5.5-inch HTC One X9 has a full HD screen and is powered an octa-core MediaTek processor and 3GB of RAM. Samsung's Galaxy A9 is similar in both size and power, with a slight edge.
