Samsung announced its Galaxy A9 at a launch event in China, showcasing a number of new features. Compared to its predecessor the Galaxy A8, Samsung's newest smartphone boasts a never-been-seen-before 6-inch screen reports online publication Mashable. -The device is equipped with a non-removable battery, extending battery life significantly. Operating on Android Lollipop 5.1, the smartphone has a fingerprint scanner and supports the mobile payment service Samsung Pay that has recently been launched in Asia.
