when you use LGNPST to install files to a device, make sure you register the .dll by right clicking on it and selecting register.
I wrote the bin number to the phone, and it worked just fine. But when i tried writing the MEID again with LGMEIDwriter, the phone ESN is still all zeroes. Also when i write the meid it changes all my NAM programming to zeroes and the banner read service programming needed.

everything is registered just fine, can i use LGNPST to re-write my MEID?
I see your problem being the LGMEIDwriter program I found this process to be less painful using CDMA Workshop myself It seems not to zero the MEID on LG's like alot of the free programs that I used to use in the past Honestly its worth the investment as long as you plan to use it a few times
I heard it was a great program, there anyway to get a cracked version of it?
this is a warning it is posted that cdma ws 3.5.5 cannot be cracked so please dont request it consider this a warning
on another note u can manually edit the esn using the $sys files in the filesystem but u must be careful
