With- Fallout 4 fast approaching, we love to get our hands on anything that can slake our thirst in the meantime. In anticipation of the November 10 release date, Bethesda has released its own emoji keyboard for iOS and Android mobile devices. There are over 60- Fallout- icons and animated Vault Boy GIFs for you to annoy your friends with. The free app also-features the familiar series font for texting, and the message bubble’s background color can be changed. We were pleased to find our old friend Dogmeat among the icons. Also worth a mention are the mini nuke, Pip-Boy, brahmin, Brotherhood of Steel-helmet, Giddyup Buttercup, and of course Nuka-Cola. We were particularly fond of the radioactive poop. As you will be. Among the animations are Fallout -perks,-including a deliciously graphic display of cannibalism. If you need to put your buddy aside for a moment, you can send the an-archetypal-Please Stand By GIF, complete with static. We downloaded the keyboard and messaged an old friend. It’s a fun little app, but the implementation may bother some. To send a message, you type and/or tap the icons you want to send. You choose a preferred background color (it defaults to black) and then tap on “Ok!” You would think that this would send your message, but what it does is copy it. You must then paste and send the message in the text box. The process takes a few steps, but it enables you to create custom messages. The Fallout C.H.A.T app is available for download through-the iTunes and Google Play stores.- Fallout 4 -will launch next week for PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One.
