Fallout CHAT — that stands for Communication Hub And Transmitter — is a new custom keyboard option that lets fans of Bethesda's post-nuclear franchise speak in Fallout-themed emoji and animated GIFs. More than 60 Fallout emojis, including Dogmeat, the Pip-Boy and a two-headed bovine, can be sent to friends via text message.
