i465 FLASHstrap?

Not sure if this is the right place for this but here goes. My phone won't turn on or charge and all I get is this white screen with the following...

FLASHstrap
FSA4v00.20 HAB PRD
WS512- ROMD

Signature bad
Unable to Flash
Low Battery

Vid7-Vid1 :
0000 0130 110F 3800
3434 3730 4444

I am at a loss here. I have no idea what any of that means. The phone is not even a month old and I can't get a live person at Boost Customer Care to even answer a call...all automated, and Sprint (which is where I bought the phone) keeps transferring me to the Boost # when I call for assistance. Any advice here is greatly appreciated. And if this is the wrong Forum for this question then I do apologize.

Moved to Iden forums.
If it is less than a month, have you tried going to a Sprint or Boost retail store? or where you bought it. I haven't dealt with Idens for a while, but when I did they ALWAYS broke down and I'd just walk into a Sprint store and they'd replace or repair it and some were even Boost branded.
