OK,
Just flashed 2 storm 2's everything loads and writes ok. But the HDR user and PAP user passwords do not stick.
I've checked the NAM lock and still no luck. Using CDMA WS 3.5.5.



Any suggestions?

I would say to check and see if there is an IT Policy on the phone. Just go to Security options then Firewall. That should be disabled. Also, change the Reg ID to the SID for your home market. I hope this helps.

I Flashed a 9530 to MPCS the other day and it looked like the PW wasnt sticking I tried to rewrite it about 3x but it wasnt showing in the CDMA WS PW box. I tested the BB after Mode > reset and the MMS and WEB worked with no problems the PW just wasnt showing in the box. Hope this helps

That is the exact problem I have. Not a big deal for me the customer still needs to activate them and then I can finish the flash.

You shouldnt have anything to worry about. The settings always appear as if they re not sticking but when you reset, and test the EVDO all should be fine. Let me know if they dont!
