Like you, I have the same exact phone. This is why I ended up here, as some guy here in Montreal charges $25 to flash phones and admitted he couldn't flash my...wait, here comes the best part: he said it was an LG265s. No wonder he couldn't flash the phone, he only checked the outside sticker of the box it came w/ the phone. Anyway, long story short, I have a Solo Mobile and it is the CX265b04 Rev 1.0. I would check out what type of Rumor2 model the provider usually sells, as there are a few models of Rumor2 in Canada, i.e.: AX265, BX265, CX265, LX265, UX265 and VM265.

Alltel uses model AX265. Not sure why you would go with UX265, but check out on page 2 of [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and you'll see my post done on June 23, 2010.
