How to make a MMC file for Cricket?

Can someone post a tutorial for How to make a Samsung MMC file for Cricket?....that would be much appreciated....

I usually put in all of the settings and when they are tested and verified they are working, I simply select the "WAP2", IS-95...EVDO_DATA", and "MMS" sections and then click on "Save MMC File". A dialog box will pop up and you can save it where you want to.

The next time you have to flash that model of phone, simply select those three sections and read. Then Open the MMC file and type in the MDN of the phone where appropriate and click write to phone.

I have seen a lot of requests for MMC files on here and it baffles me why people can't just write their own. It's a simple process.
