I've spent the better part of the day looking for this. I'm guessing it doesn't exist at this point. Maybe Verizon told Samsung they were making it too easy to flash their phones?

As far as 16 digit code...didn't see that either but I'm able to get talk/text using 000000 spc with paid CDMA WS.

I have heard that the u960 dll works with the u820 although I have never had an occasion to verify or disprove this.

i tested but its not working with the u960 dll error at reading

Been looking for the SCH U820 dll here as well. Anyone have it? As other posts indicated that the U960 dll would work, I tried it today but errors in getting info from handset.
