At a special event on Tuesday, Google introduced two new handsets that put as much of a premium on materials as they do on accessibility and affordability -- the Nexus P6 and Nexus 5X. The P6 is built by Huawei under Google's guidance and boasts an anodized aluminum shell that wraps around a 5.7-inch WQHD display, putting it on a par with Apple's latest phablet in terms of materials, dimensions and resolution. Like new Apple smartphones, the Android handset gets an integrated fingerprint scanner -- the Nexus Imprint, however, according to Google, thanks to a USB type C port, the Nexus handset can recharge its battery twice as quickly as any current generation iPhone.
