What to watch on Monday, September 14... SEASON 21 PREMIERE, 8pm, ABC Dancing With the Stars Gary Busey, Paula Deen, Nick Carter, and Chaka Khan are among the 13 celebrities who will be shaking their proverbial moneymakers this season. SEASON 12 FINALE, Part 2, 8pm, Fox So You Think You Can Dance On the less celeb-centric side of the TV dance competition universe, the winner of this season's clash between Team Stage and Team Street will be chosen by America, or at least by the subsection of America that votes on TV dance competitions. SEASON 7 FINALE, 8pm, NBC American Ninja Warrior A champion will also be crowned tonight in the corner of the TV dance competition universe that's less about dancing and more about running obstacle courses on mountains. Only one contender will take home the $1 million purse and become the American Ninja Warrior, relegating last season's winner to the title of American Ninja Warrior Emeritus. 8pm, ABC Family Switched at Birth Bay learns of Regina's moving plans, while Kathryn and John explore product endorsements as a way of bolstering their finances. Elsewhere in "We Mourn, We Weep, We Love Again," Daphne's latest project is to become the dorm's safety captain, and Angelo's approaching birthday stirs up troubling emotions. 9pm, PBS American Experience Walt Disney is the subject of a two-part installment (the conclusion airs tomorrow night) that features archival footage from the House of Mouse and commentary from animators, artists, designers, biographers, and historians. Part one examines the early days, from Steamboat Willie through Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs . 9pm, The CW Whose Line Is It Anyway? Officially no longer the co-star of his own show, Keegan-Michael Key now roams the TV landscape, lending his talents to improv comedy shows and bandit-plagued villages and the like. (This is one of the former.) (Though I suppose Whose Line could be bandit-plagued too, and I just don't know about it.) (Look, I don't keep up on which shows are bandit-plagued and which aren't, Kaitlin handles the news side of things around here.) 9pm, ABC Family Chasing Life April is reluctant to heed an agent's book advice in "First Person," but a friend at Camp Hendrie helps her gain a new perspective. Meanwhile, Brenna opens up about her father. 9pm, MTV Awkward. As Jenna enjoys the glitz and glamour of life as a popular kid, Matty's social fortunes head in the opposite direction. Elsewhere in "Jenna in Wonderland," Jake woos a new classmate and Ally hosts a sex-toy shindig. 9:30pm, MTV Faking It A college fair has Amy doubting her prospects in "Future Tense," though on the bright side she collected enough pens, notepads, and keychain flashlights to last the rest of her natural life. Meanwhile, Liam believes that he's located his birth father. 9:30pm, The CW Significant Mother Lydia and Jimmy spur Nate to give online dating a whirl in "Get Forked," but his potential paramours don't exactly set Cupid's bow into motion. In creative travails, Sam suffers writer's block after realizing all her songs are about Nate. 10pm, ABC #DanceBattle America Eight teams of dancers were selected for this contest special based on their social media submissions. After spending a week training with top choreographers, they compete for the grand prize and for a trophy that is definitely authentic and not an old Home Improvement Emmy a P.A. found lying around and hastily reinscribed.
