Acer America has announced that two unlocked Android smartphones will be available in the US by next month. Two handsets from Acer -- the Liquid Jade Z and Liquid Z410 -- will be available in the United States from September. Acer has kept costs down with inexpensive hardware, the old Kitkat version of Android and limited storage (although doubling the memory only costs $20).
