you can unlock it with blackhalo.
or with universal unlock software for iden.
unlock as if u were unlocking the i9.
it will work. trust me
been unlocking them since the very first day they came out.

Thats easy with cns just run the unlock as an i9 and the phone will be unlocked in less than a minute
