Legally you will need to talk Verizon into accepting the foreign ESN, if they carry that phone it is a lot easier. But no means will it be easy, and depending on the phone may not be worth the trouble.
Illegally do what you want just don't ask how.

Mods, can we move this to cdma? And generally you can't put outside cdma devices on Verizon but sometimes you get lucky and get a rep who can pull it off ...provided it is provisioned of course...
