That is right, just got one yesterday from Walmart.

I order online and pickup in store for 2. Went pick them up, the people work their don't know what number to scan, I told her to scan the barcode above the MEID number but she won't listen. What a dumb? There are 1 lady at the pickup location, plus two assistant manager and 1 manager work on my pickup order for 45 minutes, wtf???? Finally they went to get the sale rep from Electronic dept. He came and scanned the bar code that I told them many time but the don't listen.

Some how the receipt show only 1 MEID number and the other one show only the Proof of Purchased number (I think because the manager overwrite it)

Take them home, try to activated the one that not show in the receipt, got the message to call Verizon for assistance.
