Easiest way to push files to android phone

After you obtain root on your pone, goto 4shared.com on your phone and download root explorer,and install it.
Now make sure all apks you want to put on the phone are on ur SDCARD..
Open Root Explorer and goto sdcard, and navigate to the file you want to copy to your phone, and hold down on that file and select copy.

now with this part you must know where your files are supposed to be in the system folders.. With that said navigate to the new destination, and touch the Mount R/W button @ the top. It will allow you write access to the system. now touch menu, then edit, and then paste. and that is it.... Files copied

Correction: It it not the easiest, but it does help when adb is acting stupid. ADB is the easiest but with 2.2 it has been tricky with some.
