Less than one year after the release of the first game in the series, developer Scott Cawthon has announced Five Nights at Freddy's 4: The Final Chapter, the newest installment in his massively successful indie horror series, coming this Halloween. Last month it was revealed that Warner Bros. had picked up the rights to adapt the series into a feature film, with producer Seth Grahame-Smith describing plans to adapt the saga of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza into an "insane, terrifying and weirdly adorable movie. The original Five Night's at Freddy's was released on Steam in the summer of 2014, and was later ported to Android and iOS. Cawthon followed up the original with a pair of sequels in just six months.
