A Facebook-developed Android and iOS app is intended to help groups of friends make videos together. Creating a video and hashtagging it with a topic allows friends to view it and then, if they choose to, add their own clips to the video. "A short video can become an inventive project between circles of friends that you can share to Facebook, or anywhere on the internet, at any time," reads the fb.com blog post from Facebook Product Manager, Josh Miller.
