We already know that Windows 10 will come standard on Microsoft's own phones, but the new software could also penetrate handsets that traditionally run Android. The Redmond-based company announced that its upcoming operating system will come to both Lenovo and Xiaomi smartphones, which suggests that Microsoft's Windows 10 could potentially be downloaded to more Android devices in the future. In a blog post, Microsoft revealed that Lenovo will be developing Windows 10 phones for Chinese markets. While Xiaomi won't be making Windows-ready phones from the ground up, Microsoft will offer select Xiaomi Mi 4 owners a free download of the Windows 10 Technical Preview.
