Default Flashing a Verizon Kyocera KPC 650 aircard.

Has anyone done this? I have 2 of them I'm looking at flashing but when installed they are detected by windows but the light flashes and no programs will detect them. Any thoughts or suggestions.

Just a thought you might try kyocera's web site and see if they have a particular software. i used to have to do that with the sierra cards. I don't know if this will help in any way but it's a thought...

Ya I got the drivers, have tried the cricket, alltel and Verizon software. The issue is that the cards appear to be in a power cycle. "turning on and off repeatedly"

After playing with the ones I had, we figured out they were bricked. Although possibly fixable it was not worth my time so they went to the round file.

    Similar question....

Can these aircards be used if you have the $45 plan with an android phone? Or will it have to be the $55 one? I remember ready that if you had android plan, you could just flash the aircard with your [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and it would work...
