sch r560 help??

hi, my samsung sch r560m for metro pcs is phreezing up everytime I turn it on, the little white bar loads but it just stays on the "R560 www.samsungmobile.com" screen. I kno I need to reload the firmware but I can't find the firmware, pst or dll online any help plz??




p.s I'm screwed cuz I can't get a new phone till november, just throwing that out there

I just ran a search here on gurus and came up with this by searching for these key words r560

which it looks like it refers you back to thread you already posted in today about an Hr ago.
So what exactly have you tried?
Have you tried the method used in the above referred thread, Did you find pst lite in the samsung forum?
Have you tried clearing the memory and starting fresh?


Be patient. Search and research! Read and reread! Post what you've done or haven't done thus far.

I havent found pst lite, I've tried putting it in download mode, idk how to clear the memory or reload firmware. I'm sucha noob, iz it possible for u to give me instructions on how to go about reloading the phone?

For instructions read through the other thread from above that will explain how to clear the memory and what needs to be done after loading the bin.
For the pst lite look in the samsung threads here is a link for the flashing software for Samsung
