I have palm pre plus and pixi bypass roms

I have Palm Pixi Plus Bypass Rom Also Internet settings but after flashing with this ROM I cannot open incoming SMS.

how to load bypass rom please give me step by step procidure I am new for palm in past I am load custom rom in my sprint htc mogul window mobile .
No Idea how to load bypass rom on palm step by step guide needed,

1. turn off palm

2. connect usb to palm

3. hold volume up

4.connect usb to pc

5. now start rom and let it sit it will burn rom by itself

hope this is easy for you
