LG Rumor Cricket WAP issue?

Anyone else gotten back any Rumors flashed with the common solution that are now unable to connect with WAP?

I've gotten two back in the last week. Had to change the IP address from 0.0.0.0 to a standard K IP address to get them up and running.

i seen many of these on the refurbs i sell. like u said, putting in the proxy ip address fixes the problem tho

Amoamore knows of this and hasn't fixed it in the public solution. Probably won't because it's designed for end users not businesses. The best thing you can do is send them away with the instructions to fix it. This is what I usually give people:

If you find that you're unable to access the net, do this first before contacting me:
1) Unlock your keys and hit Menu
2) Hit 0 followed by 000000
3) Select menu 8 "WAP Setting"
4) Check the Proxy Address.
4a) If the address is 0.0.0.0, change it to "wap.mycricket.com"
4b) if it is not, please contact cricket to verify your account is in good standing
5) If all else fails, do not hesitate to contact me for help.

Probably needs a refresh of the account. If he has access to the net, then pics should work perfectly. Sometimes refreshing the account and the codes associated with the account will fix it up.
