Hey I have a HTC Mogul flashed to Metro and I wanted to know why none of the apps that use internet don't work like Opera Mini Beejive but the thing is that Internet Explorer works so I know the internet works. and By the way I have the 40 Dollar plan Do I need the 50 dollar smartphone plan?

Most likely you will need the smartphone plan. Unfotrunately they wont let you have a data plan with a device that has been flashed. I dont think there is another way around that.
