Any issues with Novatel 2200 keep throttling itself?

So...Tom cant remote preflash at the time. How can I get mine done? Ive prepaid a few weeks ago. I see you all still have remote flashing posted on ebay. Would you be able to do it Rich?

tom also said to me 3-4 weeks ago that he would flash these other 4510s for me because of the whole situation that happened to me i paid 105 dollars for a (preflashed device)and all i got was one of my own devices flashed remotely after they sent me two bunk devices..... i pm'd him weeks ago to do them when he told me to over the phone and still no response... these guys are very unprofessional.. don't tell customers one thing and then ignore them ...

I understand they are super busy. I just wanted to figure out how to get them done. I was thinking if TOM cant do them maybe Rich can. This is the last batch i have anyway. Just need to move them. Really, we all need to catch up on pending orders and orders owed before taking on new ones.

if you have minimum 15mbps connection i can do a few preflashes tomorrow morning,pm your info,and please have hamachi,teamviewer and usb gate installed ahead of time.
