Yep I did all of that and they changed the user lock code. Does anyone have the firmware/bin so I can just re-flash them? They are going onto cricKet anyway.

My work with this thank you bigglou23 the lock was the las 4 numbers of the phone

Type this into the phone and it will give u the phone info.
Not the user lock but the phone number at least.
Try the last 4 digits

I don't remember if this works on the Juke, but Factory Reset could be ##RTN# (Think it's Return to Manufacturer).

Just use the bin file and put in bootloader mode restore the software and the lock is gone although your going to lose everything is the only way I've done them in the past hope it helps .
