According to Android Police, the new service will be called YouTube Music Key and when it goes live, it will be integrated into Google Play Music All Access -- its parent company's existing music downloads and streaming service -- so that subscribers will be able to stream either audio or video, a feature that none of its competitors currently offer.- As well as being able to search tracks by artist or group, YouTube's existing preference engine, which offers new videos to watch based on past viewing habits, is also expected to paly a major role in helping users discover new songs. Although reports of Google's plans to offer a music streaming service via YouTube stretch back to the start of 2014, it wasn't until June that the company confirmed that the rumors were true.
