The Zoe photo showcase app allows users to create video clips from photos stored on a handset and to add music and edits and to share the results. Social because HTC wants Zoe to become a hub for sharing and visual creativity. According to Re/code, which first broke the news, HTC hopes that Zoe could one day develop into something akin to Instagram or Vine.
