    I still cant connect the U310 to my PC. I installed "SamsungPST_U310 For Verizon.msi" from the package, and it did add a dll to my PST folder, but my computer still lists the device as "SAMSUNG CDMA Technologies" in device manager under "Other devices" (it should show up as a COM port as well as a USB port).

    Does anyone else have this problem or can anyone help?

    I wonder if it has a MTP setting like the U470 that isn't allowing the computer connect in data mode.

    This phone use VIA connection, you can not get comport as other Samsung models.
