these kind of files throw false positives,just go to your anti-vir and add it to your list of exceptions.

Guys, That is not a false positive. I installed this on a computer about a month ago and it sent cialis links to everyone in my address book. I thought maybe it was a coincidence, so i reinstalled it on another computer 2 days ago and it did the same thing. both computers had aol installed, so i think as long as you don't use aol u are ok. I tried my own theory on a laptop *without* aol and it worked fine.
