Reply With Quotegot it....looks like the issue is common to this device. Its all over google. dammit! Apparently tier 2 verizon said it was a security issue with this device.

not sure what happened but sounds like u need to reload the device or at least reload the nv back to it so u need to connect to it via usb,go to "open network and sharing" on yer pc and then "manage wireless networks" then remove the device from there and then try to use the default login to connect to it,if u can then set usb and reload the software and or nv's

you enable the port thru "selectusbmode" in the device via wifi,did u do that?
